Getting Started with Super SLA: Integrating Help Scout

It's really easy and secure to connect Super SLA to your Help Scout account.

  1. You can start the process by clicking "Connect to Help Scout" when first signing up:

or by going to Settings > Connections, and clicking "Connect" under Help Scout.


  1. If you aren't signed in to Help Scout already you'll be asked to sign in, then Authorise Super SLA's access:

  1. Once you click "Authorize", you're in! Super SLA will start reading across the last three months of conversations from Help Scout, plus all your Customers, Mailboxes and Tags.


You can check the status of your Help Scout connection under Settings > Connections


Super SLA will automatically sync every few minutes, but you can force a sync immediately by clicking "Sync now".
