Getting Started with Super SLA: Integrating HubSpot

It's really easy and secure to connect Super SLA to your HubSpot account.

You can start the process by clicking "Connect to HubSpot" when first signing up:

or by going to Settings > Connections, and clicking "Connect" under HubSpot.

If you aren't signed in to HubSpot already you'll be asked to sign in, choose an account, then connect to Super SLA:

You'll need to check the "You are agreeing to use a third party application" box and then "Connect app".

Once you click "Connect app", you're in! Super SLA will start reading across the last three months of conversations from HubSpot, plus relevant Companies, Pipelines, Custom Properties

You can check the status of your HubSpot connection, and control whether or not you want to set ticket properties from Super SLA back to HubSpot under Settings > Connections

Super SLA will automatically sync every few minutes, but you can force a sync immediately by clicking "Sync now".
