Business Hours and Holidays in Super SLA
In Super SLA, "Business" time means any working time you have configured - usually, this is something like "9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday" - but the great thing about Super SLA is that this can be whatever your business needs!
You can configure your Business Hours under Settings > Business Hours.
If you have the Pro or Business plan, you can create as many Locations as you like - these are sets of Business Hours that you can use for different offices, regions or even shifts in your main call centre.
The working hours consist of:
1) A timezone to use (choose the correct time zone for your location)
2) Which days you'd like enabled (if you have a Saturday or Sunday shift, just check the box next to those days)
3) What hours you'd like to start and finish on each day
We don't currently support "breaks" in Business Hours. Please get in touch if this is something you're looking for!
Holidays
This is also where you configure which days should be considered Holidays (therefore not working time). Super SLA has many holidays for different countries already built in:
If you have different holiday rules (for instance, a company founding day) you can add Custom holidays on the Pro plan. Just click "Add custom holiday..." and fill in the details:
There you go! No-one will need to pay attention to the Support Inbox on Christmas Day ever again 🙂
If you choose "Business" as your "Default timing" under Settings > Company
then Super SLA will always show you business time by default.
