Can I send data back to HubSpot?

Absolutely! Super SLA will set custom ticket properties on any tickets it has SLA information for if you enable the "Set ticket properties in HubSpot" feature.


Click "Settings > Connections" and then check the box next to "Set ticket properties in Hubspot"

Super SLA will now set the following properties in the "Super SLA" property group of the ticket:

ssla_{timing_type}_seconds_paused (value: 40580)
ssla_{timing_type}_seconds_active (value: 40580)
ssla_{timing_type}_seconds_to_first_response (value: 40580)
ssla_{timing_type}_seconds_to_resolution (value: 40580)
ssla_{timing_type}_seconds_to_next_sla_violation (value: 10800)
ssla_{timing_type}_time_to_next_sla_violation (value: "3 hours")

Where timing_type is both "business" or "calendar".


And, for each Rule that applies to the ticket:

ssla_rule_{rule_name}_response (value: "SLA met", "Warning", "SLA not met"
ssla_rule_{rule_name}_resolution (value: "SLA met", "Warning", "SLA not met")
ssla_rule_{rule_name}_response_deadline (value: datetime when the response SLA is due)
ssla_rule_{rule_name}_resolution_deadline (value: datetime when the response SLA is due)

We endeavour to update properties approximately every 30 minutes
