How can I see my Super SLA Status in HubSpot?

If you're using the older app cards, you can migrate to the new interactive cards by following these instructions

Super SLA supports HubSpot's brand new interactive App cards. These are great if you want to see the status of all your SLAs at a glance in either the Help Desk or Tickets sidebars.


You can add these to your HubSpot instance by clicking the Marketplace icon in the top right, then Manage > Connected Apps.

Next, click the "My Apps" tab and choose Super SLA. Then, choose the "App Cards" tab.

Here you can decide if you want the Super SLA card to appear on either the Helpdesk view or the Tickets CRM Record Page - or both.

Just click "Manage locations" underneath whichever card you'd like, tick the checkbox on the view you'd like to use (for most people this will be "Default view") and click "Save"

Now whenever you click into a ticket under Help Desk, you'll see a live updating Super SLA Status card. Choose whether you'd like to see Business or Calendar time, and the card will change accordingly.

Hint: If you choose the "Default timing type" for your account in Super SLA under Settings > Account, the card will always start on this timing type for you.

You may need to scroll to the bottom of the sidebar and drag the card into your preferred position - just hover over the card until the "drag" dots appear, then click and drag on those to slide it into place.
